This “IFeel Membership Agreement” outlines the terms conditions under which users may access use the mobile application IFeel (hereinafter referred to as the "App"). By registering on the App, creating an account, using any of the services provided, the Member agrees to the terms conditions outlined below.

This Agreement defines the rights responsibilities between the Company the User regarding the use of the App, its features, the information provided through it.

• App: The mobile application "IFeel" available for download on iOS Android platforms, along with any future updates versions.
• Member: Any individual who registers creates an account on the App to share their daily mood interact with friends via messages, tokens, other features provided by the Company.

2. Member’s Rights Obligations

2.1. By registering on the App, the Member confirms they have read, understood, accepted the terms conditions of this Agreement. Registration will be completed upon clicking the "Accept" button creating an account.

2.2. The Member is responsible for providing accurate, truthful, up-to-date information during the registration process agrees to keep this information current. The Member assumes full responsibility for any inaccuracies consequences resulting from incorrect data.

2.3. The Member must a secure username password for accessing their account. The password must be at least 8 characters long contain both uppercase lowercase letters, along with numbers. The Member agrees to keep their login credentials confidential will not share them with third parties.

2.4. The Member agrees not to use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws, infringes on intellectual property rights, harms others. The Member will not engage in any disruptive, offensive, unlawful activities, including but not limited to harassment, spamming, sending malicious content.

2.5. The Member understands that the App is intended for personal use agrees to use it only for lawful, non-commercial purposes.

2.6. The Member agrees not to impersonate others share misleading information within the App.

2.7. The Member agrees to report any unauthorized access misuse of their account to the Company immediately.

3. Company’s Rights Obligations

3.3. The Company may suspend terminate the Member s access to the App if the Member violates the terms conditions of this Agreement.

5.3. Upon termination of the account, the Member’s access to all features content of the App will be revoked.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Company will not be held liable for any loss damage arising from the use inability to use the App, including but not limited to data loss, technical issues, unauthorized access.

1. Community Guidelines

To ensure a positive and supportive environment for all users, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited on the IFeel platform:

• Harassment, Bullying, Spamming: Any form of harassment, bullying, or spamming is strictly prohibited.
• Threatening Content: Any threats of violence or engagement in illegal activities.
• Sexual Content and CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation): Sharing of explicit sexual content, child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), or engaging in any sexually inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited. • Identity Misrepresentation: Impersonating other users or using fake photos as your profile picture.
